I make these boards in my Sheffield workshop in small batches.

Made from a single piece of 44mm thick solid walnut.

These OER (one end round) short chopping boards have a beautifully tactile rounded edge. This profile makes the cutting board easy to pick up from a surface. The front and back faces are planed then lightly sanded before being cleaned then sealed with a wax and oil blend.

These chopping boards will stand easily on the broad flat end. Unlike the smaller serving boards there is no thumb hole in these boards. This leaves more area for chopping.

This serving board is approximately 280mm long by 195mm wide and 44mm thick.

**Allergy information: The finish I use is a blend of beeswax and walnut oil so please bear in this mind. I prefer not to use mineral oils so I find this is the best option.

The board will be packed using cardboard, tissue and paper tape with no plastic.
