BOOKING AND FEES

Course Fees must be paid in full, in advance.
All consumables and materials are included in the course fee.

Food is not provided but hot and cold drinks are. Please let me know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements, soya or oat milk for example.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation over 30 days before the course -

Your full fee can be refunded on any course cancelled over 30 days before the due start date. This does not apply to courses or part courses purchased with a gift voucher.

Cancellation within 30 days of the course -

Your fee payment may be transferred to another course from the programme if places are available.

If for reasons beyond my control I have to cancel a course, students will receive a full refund or the chance to transfer to another available course or workshop.

ACCEPTANCE OF T&C’s

By enrolling on any course or workshop with Deep Hills Studio you will automatically be accepting these terms and conditions.
