I make these boards in my Sheffield workshop in small batches.

Made from a single piece of solid cherry.

The edges and handle are shaped using a selection of hand tools to give a beautiful textured finish with all the facets left from the tool edge and not sanded off. The front and back faces are planed then lightly sanded before being cleaned then sealed with a wax and oil blend.

This serving board is approximately 430mm long by 150mm wide and 20mm thick.

These boards are similar to the pieces I use to teach basic hand tool skills in my classes.

**Allergy information: The finish I use is a blend of beeswax and walnut oil so please bear in this mind. I prefer not to use mineral oils so I find this is the best option.

The board will be packed using cardboard, tissue and paper tape with no plastic.
